Warm meat, gooey cheese, and grilled vegetables--what's not to love about a Philly cheese steak? How about the more than 1,600 calories in each one! This take on the classic skimps on fat but not flavor.
A lighter version of a favorite burger.
Submitted by THEMNEMOSYNEAn egg-less salad, but it tastes so good, you'll never miss them.
Submitted by STACY_MACI love a good sandwich, one that's so big you have to smash to fit into your mouth. This one is big on flavor, light on fat!
Submitted by CHEF_MEGThese are perfect to BBQ. I also use this recipe to make meatballs (add an egg and 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs).

You can use this on bread or on top of creaker!
Great for parties!
This is a Spark 'Editor's Choice' recipe that I modified for the crockpot, and shredded to make sandwiches with. It's very good. I like it because it's not a traditional bbq type sauce.

Submitted by CORGI-FANArby's Market Fresh Rueben Sandwich, one of my favorites to re-create saving you a whopping 340 calories, 18 grams fat and 29 grams of carbohydrates. If you can find a leaner cut of corned beef, it will make this re-creation even healthier!
Submitted by TMARIE40I use 1 cup Bread flour to soften the bread - makes a better sandwich. You could use all Whole Wheat if you prefer
Submitted by MOMRITZThis is a great recipe that can be experimented with. I thought it was good as is. You can Try adding thyme, marjoram, a bayleafor two, ect. Or, for the best and easiest, substitue a good, proven barbecue rub for beef, like Heiffer Dust, which won "Best Rub" at the American Royal a year or two back and is available commercially.
Submitted by MDKIMISTSo simple, easy and tastes delicious. Good for anytime, but is a great post workout snack!
Submitted by GINAKINAThis is a healthier version of chicken salad that my mom sometimes makes. The little bit of ranch gives it a nice flavor not found in a traditional chicken salad.
Submitted by STAR_FLOWERA super tasty vegan alternative to chicken, egg or tuna salad. There are endless combinations to this salad. I like to serve it in pitas or tortillas with spinach and peppers, but you can alter this recipe to suit your needs. I used vegenaise, but you can use any other suitable mayo substitute such as nayonaise or even a non-vegan mayo.
Submitted by ~MASJA~Cut back on the bread and use tomato slices instead! Great for brunch and another way to sneak in veggies.
