Introduction
This is a healthier version of chicken salad that my mom sometimes makes. The little bit of ranch gives it a nice flavor not found in a traditional chicken salad. Ingredients

2 1/2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast (no skin)
1/4 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fat free ranch dressing
2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
2. Add the chicken, pecans, celery, and onion. Stir to combine
3. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
Notes: the nutrition facts do not reflect the salt/pepper.
-Adding apples, berries, or other fruits will make this recipe go farther, as well as adding more celery.
