Whey Protein Fruit Smoothie with Wheat Germ
Pour soy milk into WIDE container, enough for 16-20 ounces. Add strawberries (or other berries or fruit, fresh is fine too, but put in fridge to make them cold), blend with hand blender, add all other ingredients and blend again. Free free to improvise! Can be used for any meal!
