Delicious 200 calorie smoothie - low in fat and calories with 7 grams of fiber and plenty of protein! Great way to start the day -- will hold you until lunch with energy to spare. Ingredients

    Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Plain Yogurt, 1 cup
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup, unthawed (about 5 mediums strawberries)
    Wheat germ, raw, 1 T.
    Flaxseed, 1 tbsp ground, or about .5 T measured whole
    1/4-1/2 cup water or 2 ice cubes
    1 t. truvia sweetener

Directions

Put everything in blender except flax & wheat germ (sticks to side of blender). Blend. Pour in large glass, add flax and wheat germ, stir, and enjoy!
