1 C Fat Free Milk
1/2 C Frozen Blueberries
1/2 C Frozen Mixed Berries
1 Med. Banana
1/2 C Frozen Pineapple
2 Tbsp. Frozen Orange Juice (unsweetened)
1-2 Tbsp. Wheat Germ
1-2 Tbsp. Milled Flax Seed
5 Ice Cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender until well mixed, about 45 seconds. Serving size 1.5 C. About 5 servings per batch.
