I tried this today, but I just grilled the chicken without the bread crumbs, to cut down on the crabs. - 5/24/10

This is a great sandwich. Chocolate1001, this is very low in fat and calories. Sparking is about making choices about what to eat. You have to learn to eat all types of food. This is a great recipe. Served with a large salad, you can have a great dinner or lunch for around 400 calories. - 5/24/09
