This is a great sandwich. Chocolate1001, this is very low in fat and calories. Sparking is about making choices about what to eat. You have to learn to eat all types of food. This is a great recipe. Served with a large salad, you can have a great dinner or lunch for around 400 calories.
Sparks recipes are not low cal or low fat.
I made this but instead of baking it and using the bread crumbs, I cooked it on the George Forman grill and then dipped it in the sauce! It was fantastic - I also used the fat free ranch dressing instead of bleu cheese.
Since I'm not a fan of bleu cheese, we used ranch and really does it. These were great. We're doing low carb so we skipped the buns and I traded the breadcrumbs for a mix of soy flour and grated parmesan. Yummy!
