Nutrition & Calorie Comments

We loved this recipe, it's like chicken nachos! We used lowfat sour cream & low-sodium taco seasoning & added avocado as a topping. Will make again for sure.
To THREADSI: Nutritional breakdown is PER SERVING. Times 7T by 5 servings & you get 35T of taco sauce which equals about two 8 oz jars.
The nutritional information is flawed. For example, when do you find only 7 Tablespoons in TWO jars of Taco sauce? Here is the exact quote: 2 jars. Taco Bell med. or mild taco sauce. The last time I checked, there is a lot more than 7 Tablesppons in TWO jars of Taco sauce!
This is an excellent recipe. Everyone in my family loved it. I think the nutrition information for this recipe has an error with the Sodium. I used low sodium and low or fat free ingredients when available.
Sounds really good but very high in sodium. I think I will try it but maybe omit the taco seasoning pack and just use chili powder.
