So super easy to make , and soo yummy !! Even hubby loves these . No salt in recipe I made a batch for a friend having surgery.. she loved them and asked for more :)
Wow! Tasty and great for on the go. I love that they are very low cal and crustless but still have a sort of cruncy outside layer that mimics a shell (because its baked in the muffin pan). I thought it would be ok to omit the salt, but next time I won't. Also, I will experiment with other veg.
