think real onion and real garlic, along with fresh peas, would help. Needs a little more salt, think cilantro would add to it also.

Thanks for the recipe. I'm always looking for soup or slow cooker recipes for chicken. I was surprised with it being "Italian" that it didn't have a tomatoe base. I'll have to give it a try. I love all the fiber!
