Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is really really good. I only had tofutti low/no fat cream cheese, and it worked great. Last summer I froze basil leaves in between paper towels in a container. These worked great. I also used whole wheat penne and some shells leftover. Adding to my list of favorites. Yum.
This was a good recipe. My husband and I ate it for 3 meals. I added a can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup and a half a cup of milk to the sauce to make it creamier. I also added a chopped onion and a clove of garlic as I was cooking the chicken. Onions gave it a good flavor. Very nice!
Delicious! Perfect for carb loading before a long run. Used whole wheat penne.
