Bread Machine Recipe for Whole Wheat and Rye Bread with Oats, Bran, and Flax Seed with No Added Salt or Oil
This recipe is modified from Kalyn Denney's original recipe. It excludes added salt, replaces 1 tbsp olive oil with 2 tbsp oil substitute, replaces 2 tsp brown sugar with 1 tsp stevia powder. This modified recipe also uses half and half whole wheat and rye flour instead of 100% whole wheat flour.
