Ingredients

    1cup - water
    .75cup - skim milk
    2tbsp - olive oil
    2tbsp - molasses
    1tsp - salt
    4cups - nutri-blend flour
    1.25cup - soy flour
    1tbsp - cocoa
    1tbsp - cinnamon
    2tsp - bread machine yeast

    At add ingredient step
    .75cup - dried cranberries
    .75cup - Dorset cereal

Tips

Makes a somewhat dense bread. I am a big fan of PB&J for lunch, homemade jam, and low sodium/sugar PB. I wanted a high protein, high fiber bread, and keep all the bad stuff low as possible. I am constantly adjusting it.


Directions

Set bread maker for a 3lb loaf, whole wheat setting, and whatever crust you prefer. Add ingredients in order listed, then add the cereal and cranberries when the machine's add ingredient phase starts.
