I didn't have wild rice on hand but used rice pilaf instead. This will be a regular around our house, whole family loved it and most ingredients are in the average pantry.

I took 2 of my favorite things, Cuban yellow rice, and baked garlic rice pilaf and combined them, with yummy results. Can be done with white rice too of course, this has brown calculated.
