Introduction

Ingredients

    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1 cup Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (2 Tbsp)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in non-fat cooking spray. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and cover with tight-fitting lid. Simmer 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
