This is so easy and taste really good. I've made this two times and really enjoy it. I use an olive oil spray instead of the butter, and sprinkle alittle garlic powder on. I'm a fan of zucchine. - 1/25/09

I really love this recipe and have been making it all season. I do skip the cheese, use a little olive oil, and salt/pepper instead and make sure that I cut thick slices. I'm not joking when I say that this is my new substitute for potato chips! - 8/25/08

quick and easy. The Parmesean cheese is only 22 calories for a tblsp and it is enough to cover the zuchini. Satisfies my salt and crunch needs for the day. - 1/30/09
