I thought I had parmesan, but I only had the grated, so I used sea salt, pepper, garlic powder and a touch of onion powder. The BF LOVED them, but I would've preferred that they were a bit more crunchy. Next time I will make sure I have some fresh parmesan! Submitted by:

are they crispy, I've tried to make these with egg whites and panko crumbs, and bake them in an oven, they don't turn out like the ones I've had in restaurants, I'm sure they probably fry them, they are really good, but frying them makes them more calories..

Love this! I make asparagus this way all the time (sparkpeople recipe) Don't skip the cheese, it is so worth the calories and Parm makes it really sing! I use Mrs. Dash Garlic and herb season, olive oil, and a wee bit of sea salt. Delish. Love the little stalks, seems more special than slices. Submitted by:

This is really good! I'm always looking for recipes for my toaster oven, and this is perfect! Could benefit with the addition of a little salt, pepper, basil, garlic, and olive oil spray. I like the asparagus idea, as well. Submitted by:

We always have to add garlic salt or powder and pepper. Then, I have to discipline myself when served this! Submitted by:

Super good for so few calories. I don't usually like zucchini, but this is great. I add a little garlic salt. Submitted by:

I am not a real fan of zucchini but will eat it sometimes.I will make a meal of it and I do use light margarine to cook it in.I have made zucchini sweet bread in the past and added berries for flavor and it was delicious. So zucchini does have its merits.
No cheese,I love cheese but to much fat.

I made this recipe the other day with just the Great value butter flavored cooking spray, which was a plus as it has no calories, carbs or anything else. Tasted great and my husband even loved it. Submitted by:
