A delicious gluten free, no sugar added sweet potato casserole w/praline pecan topping.

Submitted by CD4291138My neice uses coconut flour so I decided to try the pancakes. They are really good. Gluten free, soy free, low fat and carb, and sugar free. You can combine coconut flour with regular flours as well. Makes 16-3" pancakes/4 per serving.
