This dip / spread is a great way to add flavor to any snack or meal item. This dip / spread is a great way to add flavor to any snack or meal item.

Ingredients

    Dill weed, dried, .5 tsp
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 0.5 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
    Celery seed, .25 tsp
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .50 cup
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup
    Milk, nonfat, .25 cup

Tips

This dip goes great with cut up veggies or pita chips. It also makes a wonderful sandwich spread or tastes wonderful with fish.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together with a blender. Refrigerate before serving.

Serving Size: makes 16 2-tablespoon servings

    You can also make your own Ranch Dressing this way and it makes the best Ranch Dressing just substitute in a Ranch Dressing packet along with the other ingredients or besides the other ingredients and mix it with cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream and nonfat milk powder or milk whichever you prefer. - 3/18/13

    I reduced the garlic by half and added a teaspoon of Beau Monde seasoning ..... tastes like the veggie dip we used to make in the 1970's - 2/1/13
