Ingredients

    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    300 Carrots, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    200 Zucchini
    40 gram(s) Chicken bouillon powder
    6 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked

Tips

I use low sodium bouillon powder


Directions

Add the diced the onion, 1 1/2 cup of uncooked long grain white rice and the butter in a microwavable pot, cover and cook for 5 minutes on high.
Meanwhile, dice one zucchini and two carrots finely.
When the 5 minutes in over, add 3 cups of boiling water to the rice with the bouillon powder, then stir in the diced vegetables.
Cook 25 minute on 40% heat in the microwave.
Enjoy!
