Introduction

I didn't have wild rice on hand but used rice pilaf instead. This will be a regular around our house, whole family loved it and most ingredients are in the average pantry. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    7.5 oz box of Rice Pilaf OR 6 oz box of Wild Rice mix
    3 Tbsp onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    Fat Free cooking spray
    1.5 Tbsp lemon juice
    .25 tsp black pepper
    .50 tsp Worcestershire
    .50 tsp dry mustard
    1 can Golden Mushroom soup
    1 # extra lean ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 cup crushed Baked Lays Potato Chips

Directions

Cook rice as package directs. Brown/drain ground beef. Using Fat Free cooking spray, saute onion and celery (may need to add a bit of water). Toss all ingredients together, except potato chips. Pour into 9x13 baking dish, top with crushed potato chips. Cook at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes approximately 6 servings at 1 cup each.
