The family loved this!! I used 1# ground beef, 1 onion, 1 t. garlic powder, 1 c. sour cream. I came up with 5 (1 cup) servings for 323.7 calories each. Only 370.2 sodium. I use the mushroom with No Salt Added and Healthy Request Mushroom soup 45% less sodium and didn't add salt. - 5/5/09

Very tasty! I doubled the recipe & subbed 98% fat free soup and added about 3/4 c. milk to thin it out a bit. It did need a little seasoning help: I added 1 tsp. each paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and s&p. - 7/3/08

I made the beef into meatballs with a little garlic powder, chopped onion & a dash of soy sauce. I cooked the meatballs, drained them on a paper towel & wiped out the pan. Put rest of ingred except salt in pan & added a tsp. soy sauce & a tbsp. beef stock to the sauce & returned meatballs to pan. - 5/21/08
