Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I use reduced fat soup. This is a good recipe.
No added salt, and used low salt soup to cut down on the sodium. Tasty recipe.
I make something similar using full fat on my keto lifestyle. We serve it over roasted zucchini.
I made this over Asian Noodles! Added more vegetables as well. Used no salt cream of mushroom I made myself! It was loved~
There is no need for mushroom soup. Flour stirred into the beef mixture then add water, mushrooms and beef bouillon and let it simmer for 10 minutes and it's thick and creamy. A lot less sodium and no chemicals
Sounds really good ... but need to add a less sodium mushroom soup.
To cut sodium use fresh sautéed mushrooms
This looks so good but hubby & I are both on low sodium meal plans. I will see if I can cut down on it and make it work.
I made meatballs instead of just browning the beef. And I don't ever used canned anything, I made sauce with fresh mushrooms. The calorie count is about the same. Really good that way!
