Great recipe, making it with turkey saves fat and calories
This was wonderful! I added an extra can of beans to our's to up the fiber content and the switched stew meat with 93/7 ground beef, but otherwise it was perfect!
My family really loved this. It's also good wraped it up in a corn tortilla. I know that adds calories but for a leftover idea it's good.
gREAT SOURCE OF FIBER
made this last night a bit bland but i have to watch my sodium intake so i added just a bit of grated cheese to my serving and it was good.
sounds delicious and i know its loaded with fiber and protein. i will try to cook it soon.
Hmmm, fat content might come down if you used "beefalo" or a higher grade of beef. Looks good though, I'll try it!
