    Brown Jasmine Rice, long grain, 3 cup cooked (1 cup dry)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1/4 cup, hulled
    Raisins, 1/4 cup
    1 small red onion
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    cardamon spice, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Soy sauce (tamari), 2 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1/2 cup, sliced
    Grape Seed Oil, 1 tbsp
    Vegetable Broth, 1 cup


Dice onion and slice mushrooms.
Saute in oil until tender, adding spices just before done.
Meanwhile, cook rice as directed adding broth to water, rice, raisins and sunflower seeds.
When rice is done, add onion mixture and soy sauce.

Makes 5 servings.
