I used 1 tblsp olive oil and fat free broth..came out great!
This was really good. I had to add extra broth but I used fat free so it didn't change calorie content to much.I used olive oil spray instead of the oil I also added a cup of peas and 3 tbs of bell pepper.
I love rice pilaf! I made some for dinner last night by cooking brown rice in fat free reduced sodium chicken broth and then adding canned peas (I was out of frozen) once the rice was cooked. I even sprinkled 1/2 piece of bacon on the top since I had extra calories to spare.
