Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Such a simple dish - only 3 main ingredients and only took 15-20 minutes to make. I wasn't going to try the dish until I read the reviews and I must say the reviews were spot on! This was great! Less is more. Just be wary of the calorie count because more than likely you'll pair with pasta.
This looks like a great one to try. One question: WHAT IS PASTA SAUCE???? Is it tomato base spaghetti sauce? Or Alfredo Sauce (with loads of calories??) Can you be more specific so I can try it?
My 13- year old made this tonight, after looking at the recipe over my shoulder on the computer and asking me to print it for her. It was fabulous! The taste was great, and very easy to make. Highly recommend- very filling for reasonable calories- we had with a garden salad.
This sounds so easy and yummy..can't wait to try it. I have made this by coating the chicken with bread crumbs first and then frying..what a mess, not to mention the added calories. Can't wait to try this simpler, healthier recipe.
The recipe is good, but I added a sauce with garlic and a bit low fat parmesean cheese as the name of the recipe indicates. smile big!
