The Ingredients Details that were used to calculate the nutritional info shows 0.00 servings for every item in the ingredient list. Is this a system glitch? When I recreate this recipe using the quantities specified above, the calories goes up to over 200 with almost 15 gms of fat.
Thank you bunches for this! I wanted to make some but didn't think it would be calorie concious friendly. Woot!
We have made this reicpe for awhile now but our version is made with miracle whip light and we use sunflower kernnels and cran-raisins, I love the sweet and tangy taste and it is a hit with the whole famly...
We do not use the honey mustard or the cheese, less calories still same great taste...
I will definetly try this recipe. It sounds very good. I think I will leave the cheese out and add some lowfat mayo.
