I did the same thing that TERIJH did and left out the salt. I agree that the broth has plenty. My husband and I both like this a lot. It's a great combination of flavors. Since we both like our food spicy, I added a bit of red pepper flakes. I will definitely make this one again!
This was good. I left out the house seasoning and the salt - the broth had enough sodium. I added mushrooms and an extra onion and sauteed 4 cloves of garlic at the end of cooking the kielbasa.
