Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I wasn't sure which size can of fat-free cream of mushroom soup. I used the big one and the 16 ounce container of fat-free sour cream and of course the onion soup. I added probably 3/4 lb of mushrooms. I also used a 3 pound bag of chicken breasts. Simmered in the crockpot all day . Delicious!
We thought it was just ok. It was salty and pretty much just tasted like mushroom soup.
My Husband and I loved it! I added frozen peas, carrots, and green beans and served over No Yolk Egg noodles. Also added about a 1/4 cup of non-fat milk. My hubby actually wanted MORE veggies because they came out so tender from the slow cooker. Chicken comes out perfect too!
My husband raved about it! It was a bit salty and thick. I would add some milk to thin out the sauce. I served it over whole wheat pasta. It was very tasty!
