Creamy Garlic & Herb Chicken w/ Wild Rice

This is not the lowest in fat/ calories/ carbs, but it is delicious and not too terrible when it comes to the nutritional value...also, a healthy dose of protien. Its a treat and if you are really careful to cut back during the day, a great change from "diet food". Also, great for a meal when entertaining, and bland "diet food" is not an option. You could also cut a breast in half, use only 1/2 cup of the rice, and dont spoon any extra sauce onto your chicken to cut back on fat/ calories/ carbs.
