Ingredients

    4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
    28 ounces can Italian-seasoned diced tomatoes
    1 envelope Herb and Garlic Recipe Soup Mix
    Hot cooked rice, orzo or other pasta pasta
    Parmesan cheese, grated

Tips

zuchinni and/or mushrooms are good in this also


Directions

1.Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix chicken, tomatoes and soup mix together, and pour into slow cooker.

2.Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

3.Serve over rice or bow tie pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.


Serving Size: Makes 4 large or 6 medium servings
