Introduction

Whole wheat tortillas filled with tuna salad and lettuce. Whole wheat tortillas filled with tuna salad and lettuce.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    4 oz of water packed tuna drained
    1 cup onion finely chopped
    1/2 cup green or red pepper finely chopped
    3 tbsp of light salad dressing
    3 whole wheat tortilla wraps
    3 cups lettuce
    salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Drain tuna well then add all of the ingredients except the lettuce.
Divide mixture into 3 portions and spoon over 3 tortilla wraps.
Add the lettuce and roll the ingredients inside of the wraps tucking one end under so ingredients stay inside.

    Just made these and they are delicious. I didn't have wheat tortillas but used large romaine lettuce leafs and they worked just as well! Yum! - 12/3/07

    For more nutrition...try spinach leaves instead of the lettuce. : ) also vegetable tortillas (green ones) are also a good substitution. - 7/28/10
