For more nutrition...try spinach leaves instead of the lettuce. : ) also vegetable tortillas (green ones) are also a good substitution.
My only question would be that I'd like to know the diameter of the wheat tortillas. I've found them in stores in various sizes, from 6" to 10". I'm sure the size of the tortillas would make a huge difference in the nutrition count.
Fast, easy, wonderful flavor. I always rinse my tuna in a strainer to cut down on salt.
