Way too much sodium
Sodium!!! Yikes...
This was good. But I don't like how much salt is in it.
I used low salt taco seasoning and no salt black beans to help with the sodium content. DH and I enjoyed this. We had 2 meals and froze the rest for another day. I will make again.
This recipe has over three times the safe sodium amounts for a day. It LOOKS good though.
yummy reduced sodium
Read some of the other reviews tried to keep the sodium to a minimum but with the ingredients listed it was a little hard. Some times you just have to wing and I used low sodium seasions and it came out ok.
Substituted spices for the salt -- way too salty! Used cumin, salt free BBQ seasoning -- gave it a smoky flavor.
After looking at the contents and the nutritional facts, I am not going to try this one. Too many things we can't eat in it. Thank for sharing.
too much sodium!
My family really loves this recipe, I used low sodium taco seasoning.
Made his last night and was delicious! It makes plenty for lunch leftovers. Even my picky 19 year old son liked it. Used low sodium taco seasoning, a little enchilada sauce & light sour cream.
this recipe has extremely high sodium content does anyone aware of that?
This dish was a hit with the family - the kids loved it. Used refried pinto beans instead of black beans, 2% cheese, doubled the ground turkey to fill more burritos and extra protein (added calories too unfortunately) - made 9 burritos, left out peppers and cilantro because I didn't have them.
Great Recipe. It is easy to make and the entire family loves it. I also used low fat cheese, but I kept the black beans. Thanks!
Very tasty. I used reduced fat cheese and refried black beans. I was able to make seven instead of six.
Delicious and quick!
Made a much lighter version of this omitting ingredients 3-6 and 9, but still loved it! Just cooked turkey w/ sauteed onion and sweet red pepper w/ a few dashes of taco seasoning. Filled 6 Flat-Out Light Spinach wraps w/turkey mix and topped w/ salsa and fat free sour cream.
The amount of calories will of course depend on how much cheese you use. :)
