Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Directions indicate a tortilla, but it isn't in the list of ingredients, so is it not also included in the nutrition info? Not useful
The recipe doesn't include tortillas for calorie count... I guess it can be added to the tracker separate...

the biggest reason I'm commenting though, is to ask if anyone thinks this would be good served cold? Like for lunch without a microwave available?
I order this dish at a resturant, but didn't have the recipe. This is very close to what I had except I left off the Laughing Cow cheese and added collards to the sweet potatoes and beans. Added a Salsa...I used the Verde (green) as a dipping sauce only 5 calories for 2 Tbps YUM Thanks.
I tweaked this recipe very slightly using low fat/fat free items as available. I used Lavash Oat bran/flax seed wraps. This was very good, very filling! It's a keeper.
Fantastic!! Never would have guessed black beans with sweet potato -added a little extra hot sauce and used fat free cream cheese vs. laughing cow. Perfect! Make extra - you'll want more!
Curious... The tortilla isn't listed in the ingredients, is it calculated in the calories?
Pretty good. Not very pretty, but fairly tasty. I added shredded roasted chicken to mine and used fat free cream cheese. Plus some salsa because i need a bit more flavor.
This was so incredible! Still eating the burrito as I write this review. :) It goes very well with a La Tortilla Factory 100 calorie tortilla.
Fantastic, didn't have laughing cow cheese, so used low fat cream cheese.
Oh my gosh, instant household favorite! My boyfriend (a somewhat dispassionate eater, and not a vegetarian) only stopped complimenting it long enough to wolf down two of them. I used low-carb La Tortilla Factory tortillas to lower calories.
I don't see the tortilla in the ingredients list. Does the calorie count include the tortila?
Really good! I doubled it just to use the whole potato so my husband had a snack after work and he LOVED them. I didn't have any pepper flakes, so I left them out, and used less cheese to reduce a few calories there. Great recipe!!
Quick, easy, tasty and lots of fiber and protein.
This is so delicious and easy! My kids, husband and I all loved it! I did add lime while cooking the beans and a teaspoon of nonfat yogurt before I wrapped it. YUM!
