This sounds great, but I wonder how to lower the sodium content.
I strain lowfat yogurt in a covered bowl for about a day in the fridge. The liquid drains off leaving a lovely cream cheese-like texture with the added benefits of yogurt!

you can make it lower carb by using a whole wheat low carb tortilla wrap.
Sounds good. I love wraps! Substituting hummus for low fat cream cheese also sounds like a good option.

I do a low carb plan. So, I'm going to use a low carb tortilla to lessen the carb count. Can't wait to try...sounds delicious!!
