Fabulous taste and a great way to use left over chicken breast. Low fat - low carbs - low calories - low sodium and a great pork alternative - What more could you ask for?!

Not the healthiest meal in the world, but my family loves them - so I make them once a month.
Submitted by SERENDIPITYFR0GI always liked a modified Reuben (no sauerkraut!) so this is an even healthier version! This recipe can be multiplied as needed since it is just for one.
Submitted by HHUSTONThis is a sensational sandwich that I had at a trendy little cafe in Michigan, while I was there visiting my family. Now I make it at home for my hubby and our friends for a brunch or for a quick, & interestingly delicious snack!

Submitted by MOMRITZSeriously EASY and tasty flour tortillas. Take the time to prepare them, be patient with the food and with yourself, and you'll have really awesome wraps for a sandwich :) Having a cast iron tortilla pan works nicely, as does the ability to roll sticky dough into the thickness of a traditional crepe.
Submitted by YOUNGPADOWANI started with my basic seitan recipe; tweaked it somewhat, and came up with this. Now, my little love-of-my-life isn't too very hot on seitan (and, yaki-fu? Not in the LEAST!) but she stopped, mid-bite, on this one, and looked at me with "I-love-you" eyes. Yeah, they're THAT good.

Very simple recipe that can be served as a sandwich, over rice or over a vegetable such as broccoli or romaine lettuce.
Leftovers make great beef enchiladas too!
I don't eat mayonnaise much because it makes my skin break out, so I make my tuna salad with mustard instead. Comes out even better than regular tuna salad, in my opinion!
