Ingredients

    20 ounces 93% lean ground turkey
    10 frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 cup red onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3.5 ounces of crumbled Feta Cheese
    1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Grilled Steak Seasoning
    1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped

Directions

Thaw spinach and squeezing water out. Saute onion and garlic in oil until translucent, cool. Transfer to a bowl with spinach, oregano, Feta cheese, steak seasoning, and ground turkey, mixing well. Form into 6 patties, grill or cook on stove. Calories are figured without bread.

    These were fabulous!!! Even my boyfriend loved them! They were nice and moist. I did not need an egg to hold them together. The ingredients worked just fine as they're written. I will be making this regularly for dinner! - 9/8/10
