Nice blend of spices that don't overwhelm the taste of the burger. I've tried a few recipes for turkey burgers and this one by far is the best I've tried. I make up a whole batch and put them in the freezer to thaw and grill later for a quick meal - 4/16/07

I also left out the red pepper since I don't really like things too spicy but added a little black pepper. Cooked on the grill, added Alpice Lace swiss cheese and some sauteed onions and mushrooms. Really enjoyed it! - 5/23/10

I used mince garlic and onion and flax seed instead of breadcrumbs and egg white. I needed something different since I've been making turkey meatballs. Will definitely make them again. - 12/27/09

These were great! I ended up adding some minced onion, green onion and about 1/2 tsp. of poultry seasoning, reduced the red pepper to a pinch and added black pepper. I served them on wheat buns with whole berry cranberry sauce instead of fatty condiments and I made a lite coleslaw as a side. Yummy!! - 11/14/09

These are great!! I take my thumb and press down in the middle of the burger to help evenly cook the burger.
