Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Fantastic recipe! Only thing I changed was that I doubled the recipe so I could freeze remaining patties. I used jarred minced garlic IPO of the garlic powder and just a salt free seasoning IPO of the crushed red pepper. Excellent!!
These were great! I ended up adding some minced onion, green onion and about 1/2 tsp. of poultry seasoning, reduced the red pepper to a pinch and added black pepper. I served them on wheat buns with whole berry cranberry sauce instead of fatty condiments and I made a lite coleslaw as a side. Yummy!!
I also substituted egg beaters for the egg and omitted the salt.
