Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I have been looking for ways to flavor turkey burgers because they are so bland without adding a lot of calories.. This may just be what;s for dinner tonight! Thanks!
This is a fabulous recipe!! Next time I will leave out the egg substitute and salt and pepper them! Not salty enough for us, but the other flavors were to die for!! I keeper on our list!! Thanks for sharing it!!
Great recipe--very tasty! I added grated carrots for a little extra; could also use grated zucchini. I'm going to try this with low-sodium soy sauce, barbeque sauce, pizza sauce, taco sauce or nutmeg and feta instead of the hickory flavor, too. My family loves a variety of cuisines.
I try anything tht is low in sodium. This was yummy. Thanks.
i did not eat this recipe but the ingredients sound yummy. Adding the egg really adds up the protein. The hickory really adds the flavour. Blessings!
