Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I'm going to try this but instead of pine nuts which have a lot of calories and fat I am going to use chopped water chestnuts which will add a crunchy texture and lower the calories. Im sure I'll love it since I eat thai lettuce wraps in restaurants and love those!!!
Delicious! Lettuce is a great way to lower the calories & carbs of this and similar dishes; I'll apply the concept to other food combos.
This sounds delicious. I will add diced zucchini and red bell pepper to up the fiber.
AWESOME!!!!! This is so yummo! Wouldn't change a thing. Don't know how this could be greasy as ground turkey has very little fat. Will try shredding some turkey breast and adding it instead of ground.
