Yum! I added some mushrooms, egg beaters and a little reduced fat cheddar cheese on top. A great breakfast worthy of any good Sunday morning.
Everyone in my household enjoyed this. I made my own greek seasoning. 1tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, cornstarch, pepper,beef boulillon granules, parsley, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and oregano.
