My girlfriend makes this using yogurt and sour cream, plus dill, salt & pepper. Delish
This salad is so good the kids gobbled it down my daughter thought it was a little spicy so next time I will not add the horseradish. I added a 1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt to give it the creamy texture without the fat of mayo. So good brought some for lunch at work. YUMMY!!
This was really a nice refreshing dish. Served with grilled chicken. Not sure I'd add cues again (not my favorite). I added a little sugar 1/4 t. or so. It's a keeper!!
