Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was good but I thought just a little bland. Next time I will increase the red pepper flakes and maybe add a couple of splashes of Worcestershire sauce. My husband suggested some curmbled blue cheese and I might try that as well, obviously taking into consideration the added calories and fat.
Great winter recipe. Low sodium delight! and tasty too. Can hardly wait to try it this week.
This is a tasty, easy recipe. Uses ingredients that I normally have on hand and I would use Low fat Yogurt instad of sour cream
Amazing flavors! Truly a comfort food and not a lot of calories. My Husband said that this can be a one a week meal. Thanks for just a GREAT recipe.
I thought it was really good. Since I love veggies I added broccoli, bell pepper and zucchini. My three boys loved it also and that is always good to get all that nutrition into them. Thanks!
In the ingredients it only calculates 2 chicken thighs - not 4 - so calories are higher than listed. I will definitely try this, but use chix breast to save some calories.
Has anyone converted the calories, if you use chicken breast instead of thighs? If so, what are the differences in calories
Sounds great...would change dark meat to white to cut fat a little more...
