Ingredients

    8 oz. ground turkey
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 tbsp of Greek seasoning (may use salt-free)

Directions

Brown turkey and onions.
Add pepper, potatoes and spice.
Cook over a low heat until potatoes are fully cooked.

    Everyone in my household enjoyed this. I made my own greek seasoning. 1tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, cornstarch, pepper,beef boulillon granules, parsley, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and oregano. - 3/25/07
