I came up with this while craving a brownie, but not the lure of eating an entire tray!

I have to admit that this has kind of a high calorie count, but if you don't mind that....You'll see that they are delicious!!! You can modify some of the ingredients to make it lower fat such as: replace oil with applesauce, replace all purpose flour with whole wheat, and use all natural or low calorie peanut butter.

This is great when you want a lower fat chocolate fix. I like having this with some of the weight watchers mint chocolate chip ice cream.

This is a brownie that can be made in the microwave. The portion size is extremely small, but I find that it's rich enough that that's all I want!

I make the mix in bulk, .5 cup of everything except baking powder.

misk all ingredients in 12 oz mug
add water, butter, vanilla and dash of salt. Whisk well.
add cocoa powder. whisk well.
add sugar. whisk well. add flour. whisk well
Enjoy with a spoon, Careful brownie will be hot.

I often top it with 1 tbsp peanut butter, whipped cream, or a little milk.
