    1 Tablespoon of each
    -All Purpose Flour
    -Cocoa Powder
    -Oil or Melted Earth Balance
    2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
    Pinch of Salt
    Splash of Vanilla
    (optional: walnuts, chocolate chips, coconut)


I have found that bread flour makes for a lighter, more cake like texture brownies. Make sure the batter is not too wet otherwise it will not cook all the way and burn.


Combine dry, mix thoroughly in a microwave safe bowl. add wet and stir vigorously until just combined.

microwave for 1:00-1:30 min until cooked through.
