I'm not usually a sorbet person, but I really enjoyed this dessert! The flavor combinations were a very good balance between the pineapple and coconut, and the lime juice and hint of rum added a nice backdrop. The serving size was comparible to store brands. I will definitely have this one again! - 8/12/10

I totally LOVE pineapple and coconut so that may have helped in my rating, but I thought this was really yummy! I had to let it sit out for about 5 minutes to let it thaw after freezing, but it was still smooth and tasty. I will try this one again! - 8/9/10

  • Why drain the pineapple juice from the can? I've made something like this before and use the cans juice. - 7/27/13
